How can I cancel, return or exchange my order?

We're sorry you didn't love your new products, but we're here to help! You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please note that we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once a pre-order has been placed.

To request a cancellation, return, or exchange, please email us at info@funiki.nl with your order number and product name(s), and we will do our best to assist you.

When returning your order, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

When does the return & refund policy not apply?

  • The 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
  • Goods that have been made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
  • If returned goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary for such inspection (we may reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value resulting from that handling)
  • Sealed audio, video, or software products such as CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, or video games (where the seal has been broken after delivery)
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including perishable food and beverages.
  • Newspapers, periodicals, and magazines (except subscription contracts).
  • Event, transport, accommodation, leisure, or similar tickets and bookings where a specific date or period of performance is specified, as permitted under applicable law.
