What are pre-orders and how do they work?
A pre-order is an advance purchase for an item that is not yet released or will be available at a later date. Therefore, it cannot be shipped immediately.
Where can I find the pre-order information of a product?
All pre-order details, including the pre-order deadline, estimated arrival time (ETA), release date, and product information will be displayed at the top of the product page.

Our top priority is to fulfil your pre-orders as quickly as possible, but if we can't ship within the agreed timeframe, we'll promptly notify you through social media and email and provide an updated shipment date.
What happens when my order contains multiple pre-orders with different release dates?
When you place an order containing multiple pre-orders with different release dates, the entire order will be on hold until all items are available and we can dispatch them all at once. If you want to avoid this, we recommend placing separate orders!

Can I combine separate orders into one package to reduce shipping costs?
Yes! We’re happy to offer a service to combine multiple orders into one package, helping you save on shipping costs. We’ll securely hold your items and ship them together once all orders are ready to be merged.
Since all orders and shipping fees are paid at the time of purchase, we will recalculate the shipping fees for the combined package and refund any overcharged amounts.
You can hold up to 3 orders at our warehouse for shipment. Please note:
- A service fee of €2 will be charged for combining 2 orders
- A service fee of €3 will be charged for combining 3 orders
Terms and conditions:
- By choosing this service, you agree to delay the shipping of one or more orders.
- There’s no strict time limit for how long we can hold your orders at our warehouse, but we reserve the right to set a holding period if necessary.
