What are pre-orders and how do they work?
A pre-order is placed for a product before its official release. Therefore, it cannot be shipped immediately. Sometimes, we offer pre-orders for items that are not yet available for shipping, as this helps us manage inventory efficiently and ensures we only order and stock the products our customers genuinely want.
Where can I find the pre-order information of a product?
All pre-order details—including the deadline, release date, shipping and delivery schedule, and product information—will be clearly displayed at the top of the product page.
When are pre-ordered items shipped?
Please check the individual product page for the estimated shipping and delivery schedule. All the pre-order information is displayed at the top of the product page.
Our top priority is to fulfil your pre-orders as quickly as possible, but if we can't ship within the agreed timeframe, we'll promptly notify you through social media and email and provide an updated shipment date.
What happens when my order contains multiple pre-orders with different release dates?
When you place an order containing multiple pre-orders with different release dates, the entire order will be on hold until all items are available and we can dispatch them all at once. If you want to avoid this, we recommend placing separate orders!

Can I combine separate orders into one package to reduce shipping costs?
Yes! We’re happy to offer a service that combines multiple orders into one package, helping you save on shipping costs. Any overpaid shipping fees will be refunded after we combine your orders and recalculate the new shipping costs.
A service fee of €2 will be charged for combining 2 orders, €3 for combining 3 orders, and so on.

Why were my orders combined into one package without my request?
We may occasionally combine multiple orders into one package to save warehouse space, reduce packaging waste, lower operational costs, and streamline our shipping process. Please note that if your orders are combined at our initiative, shipping fees will not be refunded.
