What are pre-orders and how do they work?
A pre-order is placed for a product before its official release. Therefore, it cannot be shipped immediately. All pre-order details—including the deadline, release date, shipping and delivery schedule, and product information—will be clearly displayed at the top of the product page.
When are pre-ordered items shipped?

Our top priority is to fulfil your pre-orders as quickly as possible, but if we can't ship within the agreed timeframe, we'll promptly notify you through social media or email and provide an updated shipment date.
What happens when my order contains multiple pre-orders with different release dates?
When you place an order containing multiple pre-orders with different release dates, the entire order will be on hold until all items are available and we can dispatch them all at once. If you want to avoid this, we recommend placing separate orders!
