What are pre-orders and how do they work?

A pre-order is placed for a product before its official release. Therefore, it cannot be shipped immediately. All pre-order details—including the deadline and delivery schedule—will be clearly displayed at the top of the product page.

When are pre-ordered items shipped?

Please check the individual product page for the estimated shipping and delivery schedule. All the pre-order information is displayed at the top of the product page.

Please Note: Shipping dates are estimates. Funiki imports official K-Pop albums, BL merchandise, and more from Thailand, Japan, China, and Korea. Shipping schedules may sometimes change or be delayed due to import processes or busy periods, such as work schedules or concert seasons. We’ll keep you updated on any changes via our socials and appreciate your understanding.

What happens when my order contains multiple pre-orders with different release dates?

When you place an order containing multiple pre-orders with different release dates, the entire order will be on hold until all items are available and we can dispatch them all at once. If you want to avoid this, we recommend placing separate orders!
