We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products. You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we can not refund or exchange your purchase after the 14-day window has passed or if the problem is minor (such as a small scratch on the outer box or case).
How can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. But you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund.
How can I return my order?
Send an email to info@funiki.nl with your order number and product name(s).
Optional: please state the reason it didn't work out for you.
All returned items must be sealed and contain all the original parts, packaging, pre-order benefits, and receipts that came with it. You can no longer return/exchange your purchase or receive a refund when you break the seal or if the item is not complete.
We will refund the purchase price as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges/processing fees and you will be responsible for all returning shipping fees.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for any loss or damages caused during shipment.
When does the return & refund policy not apply?
- When the 14-day window has passed
- If the problem is minor (such as a small scratch on the outer box or case)
- If the sealing of a product is broken or if the item is not complete
- If you ordered customized goods
- If the goods are likely to deteriorate quickly, such as perishables (food)
- For entrance tickets
- For newspapers and magazines
- For carriers of digital content, such as DVDs and CDs
