Returns & Refunds

How can I return or exchange my order?

We're sorry you didn't love your new products, but we're here to help! If you change your mind, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to the legal exceptions listed below.

  • Under EU law, certain products and services are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, such as certain custom-made or clearly personalised products, certain sealed hygiene products, newspapers, periodicals and magazines, and perishable goods. Please see the full list below.

  • Pre-orders are placed with our suppliers specifically to fulfil your order. Once we have placed the supplier order, we may be unable to cancel or modify the pre-order. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights, including the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

  • Please return the product with all included items, accessories and promotional items supplied with the order. If the customer damages the product or reduce its value by using or handling it more than necessary, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund, where allowed by law.

  • Customers are responsible for the direct return shipping costs, provided they have been informed of this before purchase and unless applicable law provides otherwise. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • We may wait to refund you until we receive the returned product or you show proof that you have sent it back, whichever comes first. If you return your entire order, we will refund the amount you paid, including the standard delivery cost. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option.
To exercise your right of withdrawal or request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@funiki.nl with your order number and product name(s).

When does the right of withdrawal not apply?

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in certain circumstances, including:

  • Custom-made or Personalised Items: Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

  • Periodicals: Newspapers, periodicals and magazines, except subscription contracts.

  • Sealed Media: Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software, such as CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays or video games, where the seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Sealed Hygiene & Health Products: Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Perishable Goods: Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including certain perishabl food and beverages.

  • Dated Bookings & Services: Certain services relating to accommodation, transport, catering, leisure activities or events where a specific date or period has been agreed.

  • Diminished Value: If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may reduce the refund to cover any resulting loss in value, where permitted by applicable law.
