How can I cancel my order?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products, but we're here to help! If we have not yet shipped your order, it is still possible to cancel your order. To request a cancellation please email us at info@funiki.nl with your order number and product name(s), and we will do our best to assist you.

Kindly note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed, as they are considered custom orders. The items are specifically ordered from our supplier based on your request. However, if we have not yet submitted the order to our supplier, it may still be possible to cancel your pre-order. 

How can I return or exchange my order?

You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we can not refund or exchange your purchase after the 14-day window has passed or if the problem is minor (such as a small scratch on the outer box or case).

To return your order, please email us at info@funiki.nl with your order number and product name(s), and we will do our best to assist you.

    All returned items must be sealed and contain all the original parts, packaging, pre-order benefits, and receipts that came with the original package. You can no longer return/exchange your purchase or receive a refund when you break the seal or if the item is not complete.

    When will I receive a refund?

    We will process your refund for the purchase price as soon as possible. However, please note that the original shipping charges and processing fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

    We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

    When does the return & refund policy not apply?

    • When the 14-day window has passed
    • If the problem is minor (such as a small scratch on the outer box or case) 
    • If the sealing of a product is broken or if the item is not complete
    • If you ordered customized goods
    • If the goods are likely to deteriorate quickly, such as perishables (food)
    • For entrance tickets
    • For newspapers and magazines
    • For carriers of digital content, such as DVDs and CDs
